Dear Landlords/Tenants,
On 23rd April,2009, our property office have signed the Monthly Rent Contract for the Shuttle Bus of Dragon Villas with the Yinjian International Travelling Co.,Ltd., after the approval of the Owners' Committee. In order to know about the service condition,we have sent the questionnaire to collect the residents' suggestions about the shuttle bus on 11th May.
Until 20th May, our service center have received 32 questionnaires from the residents of Dragon Villas. According to the questionnaires, most residents are satisfied with the service of the shuttle bus company, but in they think the bus are too small to seat comfortable. And about the regulation of the line, most residents agree to stay the International Trade Center Station and the shuttle bus should stop in front of the door of Lido Hotel.
According to the opinions from the residents and the condition from the investigation of our property office, after the approval of the Owners' Committee, we take the arrangements of the shuttle bus as follows:
1.The drivers' service conscious of this company is better, they can do their duties according to the Shuttle Bus Renting Contract of Dragon Villas. At the same time, our property office did not received the complain from residents during this period. According to the circumstances what we have talked, this company has the conditions to found the long time coorperated relation with us. We will sign the Shuttle Bus Renting Contract with the company, the deadline of the contract is from 28th May,2009 to 27th May,2010.
2.According to the statistics from property office, there were six times which the shuttle bus seats were not enough on the first shuttle bus from Dragon Villas to International Trade Center at 7:00 on weekdays from 28th April to 19th May,2009.Some residents show that the shuttle bus is too small to sit comfortable. From the statistics, the peak of the residents who taking the bus are for the shuttle bus which is running at 7:00 from Dragon Villas to the International Trade Centre and running at 17:50 from the International Trade Centre to Dragon Villas. We will change one bus from 15 seats to 29seats for the two times shuttle bus mentioned above, in order to relieve the problems on the peak time. After the regulation, the fee of the shuttle bus will increase RMB5000.00 every month, and RMB60000.00 every year.
3.About the regulation of the shuttle bus line, most residents think that the International Trade Center should be stayed, and the bus should stop in front of the door of Lido Hotel. Considering the opinions and the convenience of residents, our property office will respect the residents' advices, the shuttle bus line would not change and keep us the shuttle bus schedul which have been using from 10th June in 2008.
