Dear residents,
The equipments of Dragon Villas have been used for 15 years since 1993. Although the property office offers the maintenance in the daily work, as the time going, all kinds of them are ageing and some of the equipments couldn't work normally, which brings the inconvenience to our residents in the compound. For the daily maintenance couldn't solve the problem completely, we suggest spend the fund to reconstruct these equipments. The plans are as follows:
1、Check and mend the High-tension power supply system:
The High-tension power supply system has been used for 15 years since 1993,which is ageing seriously.When the engineers transferred the High-tension power switch on 13th Feb 2009, the two switches could be operate suddenly.
The engineer from the original company has checked the equipments and gave the result: the second connection lock was out of control, the hand controlling part couldn't push to the right position, the vacuum and touching point of the switch wasn't enough and so on. Meanwhile, they suggest check and maintain the equipments to ensure the high tension power supply system running normally.
The original company gave us the maintenance quotation: RMB100,000. If they find any other parts need to change, the extra fee has to be paid.
2、Reform the gas pipe valve
The property office engineers found the gas pipe was leaking on the west side of the tennis ground when they checked the gas supply system in our compound on Mar. 2009. Our engineer tried to fix it, but the connecting screw couldn't be tight further. Then Shunyi gas company helped us check, and they suggest reform the gas supply system, because there was no expansion machine.
Depends on the above situation, the gas company suggest change the steal valve and expansion machine. It will spend RMB100,000 and the exact fee will be paid as the practical cost.
The High-tension power supply system normally working would affect the residents' live and the save situation in our compound directly,which need mend and maintain as soon as possible.
We consult your suggestions about using the fund to check and mend the High-tension power supply system and reform the gas pipe valve.Please send your consult letter to the DVOC office or the Property office before 10th Mar.2010 by paper or mail.If we haven't received your letter before 10th Mar.2010, your opinion would be taken as you agree.
